• First start in a push up position with your legs facing spread apart a little.

• Next, lift your right hand and put your left foot where your hand used to be.

• Now in one swift motion, swing your right foot in a big arc (counter-clockwise) and jump over it with your left foot and you should land in the starting position.

• Repeat and couple of times.

To perform the 3-Step follow these steps:

• First start in a crab soccer position. (Your one all fours and your stomach is facing up.)

• Then kick your left leg out and kind of twist your body a little to the right.

• Now bring your left foot in and swing your right leg in a big arc and hit your left leg. Carry your body with your legs touching back to the starting position

• Repeat and couple of times.

6-Step

• Next, lift your right hand and put your left foot where your hand used to be.

• Now put your right leg behind your left foot.

• Next, swing your left leg so its inline with your left shoulder. (You should now be in the crab soccer position)

• Now put your right in front of your left leg.

• Continue by putting you left leg back so it starts to be part of your starting push-up position.

• For the final step put your right leg back right into the starting position.

• Repeat and couple of times.

• TIPS: Develop your own style and speed for this move.

Airtrack

To perform the Airtrack follow these steps:

• To perform the airtrack it's best that you can perform multiple flares and windmills with ease. The reason is you need to be able to do this is because an airtrack is basically a windmill in midair, and you will need the flare to perform before the airtrack to gain momentum. Its almost impossible to do the airtrack by itself. Most of the time you will want to perform a flare to airtrack combo.

• This is for counter clockwise flares and airtracks

• Start off by doing half of a flare...when you do this you should be in the back part of the flare with you hands on the ground in front of you and your legs spread apart behind you...now kick your right leg up and to your left behind you in a circular motion...at the same time look to your right (very important!)...right after you look to your right kick your left foot under your right foot (like doing a windmill except your body is off the ground)...when you twist too far to keep your hands on the ground swing your right hand around behind you...as soon as you lift your right hand give a very hard kick with your right leg going up and left and your left leg going under it (just like before...picture the motion for a windmill)...a millisecond after you let go of the ground with your right hand let go with your left hand (you have to make sure that it is a millisecond after you let go with your right hand...if you let go with both hands at once you will just fall to the ground)...when you lift your left hand you should now be in the air with your back facing the ground and your legs open like you were doing a windmill...as soon as you see the ground (that's why I told you it was important to look to your right...so you can see the ground when you come back over) put your right hand down...then put your left hand down...you should now be in the position that you started the move in...from here you can go into windmills or another flare.

• The most important thing when you do this move is to make sure that you stay about 45 degrees to the ground...if you go too high up you will land on your head instead of hand and if you go too low you will land on your back or your stomach...another tip is to make sure that you keep you legs open...if you close your legs you will spin more than you want to and land on your back.

Freeze

To perform the Freeze follow these steps:

• A freeze is a sudden stop of movement. So create you own. However, remember that the harder they are the better they look. Also they are held for a few seconds.

• TIPS: Going from a fast power move to a freeze looks really good. Be creative!!

Swipe

To perform the Swipe follow these steps:

• First start in a crab soccer position. (Your one all fours and your stomach is facing up.)

• Then bring your right arm over to your left hand.

• Now bring now jump up and spin your legs completly around in a corkscrew motion.

• Repeat and couple of times.

Toprock

To perform the Toprock follow these steps:

• First start standing up with your legs shoulder width apart.

• Next, jump forward on your right foot.

• Next, skip back onto your left foot.

• Now your right foot goes behind you and to the left, your body can turn with it.

• Your left foot skips back again and you're in the starting position.

• TIPS: Develop your own style for this move. Also add your own variations.
