News: Kanye West Spends 7 Million Dollars On Crib
Chicago-born rapper-producer Kanye West is now the proud owner of a 3,300 square foot Beverly Hills mansion after paying a reported $7.2 million.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Ye's new traditional-style crib includes six bedrooms, four bathrooms and park-like grounds of almost an acre. It had been more than 45 years before the two-story house, built in 1921, had been on the market.
West, 29, has been busy in Los Angeles developing an HBO show with Larry Charles ("Borat," "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "Seinfeld"). He is also working on a new album and recently recorded his own version of rapper Rich Boy's hit single "Throw Some Ds."
According to reports in the Los Angeles Times, Kanye West has splashed out in the region of $7.2 million on a house being listed by Judi Schryro of Hilton & Hyland in Beverly Hills.
After 45 years of unavailability, the house then went onto the market with it's full one acre of land. The home hosts 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms upon its 3,300 square foot area.
Meanwhile, Kanye is expected to release his third album, entitled Graduation, later this year.
