In support of the 25th Anniversary of the United Nations International Day of Peace, the two-hour taped television event, produced by Garson Entertainment, will air live on one main stage and tape artists from their respective countries on stages around the world.
Award winning music producer Swizz Beatz will produce a multi-artist eace tribute in conjunction with The International Day of Peace Concert; he first of many phases in what is a full-scale global peace campaign.
Chad Elliott, Vice President of Sony Urban, who has worked with Swizz Beatz, is an active member of the international committee for peace, a significant role in this colossal effort to encourage awareness. He has joined forces with Rick Garson, President of Garson Entertainment, to create this large scale, star-studded concert for International Peace Day as a platform for promoting peace among nations.
"Swizz Beatz is a perfect example of the caliber of artists who will be participating in the International Peace Concert," Garson stated. "This is a global opportunity for celebrities, musicians and world leaders to reach out and communicate to the rest of world how we can all join together in the road towards peace," he added.
The efforts made during the concert will benefit the cause for peace around the world. All proceeds will be donated towards a peace initiative.
